Born in Colorado but residing in Michigan, I grew up on the other side of the camera- my dad always close by with his Nikon in hand. He captured everything from family moments, birds, race cars, trains & nature. After his passing & his gear was sold, photography quietly left my world- until my late teens when it founds its way back to me.
In 2018 I graduated with an associates degree in photography and began photographing weddings professionally in 2019.
My work today is centered on refined story telling- capturing candid, unscripted moments with an editorial eye.

I may be mid-west based but anyone who knows me knows a part of my heart is on the east coast. I love traveling and do a yearly solo trip- the past 3 times being Massachusetts! My favorite place to be is on Nantucket, especially during the fall! Over the years I've visited Mexico, Boston, Arizona, Vegas, Dominican Republic, Nashville, Texas & probably more!
In my free time you'll either find me in Yoga or Pilates, traveling, spending time with my niece or at home binge watching one of the same 5 shows I have on a constant rotation.
I'm fond of whales, Glee, warm weather, lounge clothes, fourth of July foods (iykyk), being in the water, makeup and skincare & going to concerts.

Windsnest beach located in West Olive, Michigan
This is my FAVORITE beach to shoot at on the lakeshore. This beach is beautifully kept up and always clean resulting in seamless and romantic beach photos. Aside from the sand and the water, this beach has more to offer including tall grassy sand dunes that also photograph beautifully. If you request a beach session I will almost always suggest Windsnest!

The Highlands located in Grand Rapids, Michigan
I love this park because its so versatile and offers such a large space. Through summer, Fall & Winter the scenery here will never disappoint! If you love a little hike through the trails this location is perfect. The Highlands used to be a golf course and is now a nature preserve that connects to Blandford Nature Center. If you're nature loving- this might be your next photo destination!

The Chicago Art Institute located in Chicago, Illinois
The Art Institute is one of my favorite and most romantic spots to shoot at. Whether you reside in Chicago and want me to come to you, or want to make the drive from Grand Rapids it is SO worth it. The best thing about the art institute is that they encourage photography and are so helpful at guiding you in the right direction. This place is huge and you could easily spend hours in here. From the grand staircase, oil paintings and sculptures to the big windows these will be your DREAMIEST photos yet.

The Felt Mansion located in Saugatuck, Michigan
This mansion is such a unique and historic location for your next engagement session! With history comes spooky stories and if you haven't heard of the legend of the melon heads, it's worth a google! I love this spot because its so unique and the property has so much to offer. This location is beautiful in every single season and is the perfect fit for an elevated couples session.

Civic Auditorium located in Grand Rapids, Michigan
If you're into architecture and love a Greek pillar vibe, this is THE spot downtown for photos. I've done so many sessions here from courthouse elopement, graduation, senior photos & wedding portraits. The clean and soft colors of the pillars edit beautifully and the summer sunsets in this location are to die for. Highly recommend for any occasion!
